Crochet cute Christmas gnome for the festive season. A nisse, tomte, or tomtenisse is a mythological creature from Nordic folklore today typically associated with the winter solstice and the Christmas season. The nisse will deliver gifts at the door, in accordance with the modern-day tradition of the visiting Santa Claus, enters homes to hand out presents.
This small gnome is easy and fast to make, great Christmas present for Christmas tree.

4)- 11) sc in each sc (18)
12) (sc, 2 sc together (dec)) X 6 times (12)
Fill the body with stuffing
13) sc 2 together (dec) X 6 times (6)
Decrease until the hole is closed. Fasten off.
Hat:
Start with red yarn
1) 6 sc in magic ring (6)
2)– 3) sc in each sc (6)
